About the Owner/ Director

Hello!

My name is Kamaria Boston and I am the Owner/ Operator of Play Datez! Child Development Center.   I am elated to share my dream of owning and operating a child care program that meets the needs of families, children, and the community of Hinesville, Georgia. 

I am a wife, a mom of 4, and a veteran in Child Development and Youth Programs.  I started volunteering my time as a teenager at Ft. Campbell's Child, Youth, and School Services (CYSS) and became one of the youngest employees of CYSS at 17.  After graduating from Northeast High School in Clarksvile, TN, I attended Middle Tennessee State University and received a Bachelors of Science in Child Development and Family Studies, also minoring in Psychology.  I then became a NAF Management Trainee for CYSS where I received extensive training in all aspects of running a multi million dollar child development center.  After completing my Management Training Experience, I started my career working with children Birth to age 5 years in Child Development Centers spanning from Ft. Campbell, KY, Seoul, South Korea, and Ft. Stewart, GA.  

I enjoy working with children and families because I get to witness the developmental growth of children, the positive communication between parents and staff, and the opportunity to meet the needs of families in the community that I live in. Children must be exposed to different ideas, languages, and atmospheres in order to be successful in today's society. Play Datez! mission is to expose your child(ren) to life skills and cultures through play, developmentally appropriate practices, and repetition. I truly believe in community support when it comes to child development,  and I look forward to the positive partnerships that will occur.
